Hello!
I am a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at San Diego State University. By training, I am a social psychologist.
I was born and grew up in Belgium. As a teenager, I moved to Switzerland where I attended high school and college, and also completed my Ph.D. in social sciences. I came to the U.S. for postdoctoral training.
I joined SDSU in 2002. I love this school because it is committed to quality education, scholarship, and addressing inequities. These goals resonate with me.
Being the product of a multicultural education, I cherish opportunities to learn from colleagues and students about the complexities of socio-psychological dynamics in diverse and multicultural settings.
